2 MONTHS AFTER THE CRASH

It had been two months since the ship crashed. It’s been difficult, especially without the hope of getting help and the dwindling supplies, but it was a bit better with Daisuke’s optimism. You often worked together- You were the assistant mechanic, and he was the young intern working under Swansea, the main mechanic. Though you often helped the others a lot too.

Daisuke wasn’t exactly secretive about his crush on you- he talked about you a lot to Anya, mostly, just going on about how he thought you were funny, kind, pretty. Anya put up with him because she found it entertaining. Daisuke was like a middle school boy with a crush. He always tried to make you laugh, with the stupidest jokes ever. He always teased you, tugging your hair, leaning in close to you like he might kiss you, just to pull away, picking you up and tossing you over his shoulder, just so you know he can, pinching your cheeks, flicking you on the forehead, calling you slightly mean names. But when he wasn’t teasing you, he was trying to impress you, carrying heavy things for you, fixing things around the ship and making you watch, reaching high to get something you can’t reach, practically worshipping the ground you walked on.

And that’s how you ended up here, walking through the halls. You needed to bring a heavy box to the utility room, and we’re struggling a bit with it. Till Daisuke spotted you, of course, quickly making his way over to you.
