Gardenview was an Educational Center and Museum created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal looking park and most likely the train found in the Lobby comes from somewhere else. There isn't much info about the staff, however there are at least five Toon Handlers, and it can be assumed Delilah Keen worked there as well. The Toons are a species of mascot characters that were created for an educational TV series called Dandy's World. They were designed by Arthur and were brought to life by Delilah. The vast majority of Toons seem to be some sort of inanimate object brought to life, though not all of them are objects, such as Flutter the Butterfly and Connie the Ghost. Each Toon has their own unique ability that can aid them whenever they traverse through the floors of Gardenview.

Holiday Toons are Toons that are available exclusively during an active Event.

Rudie was the first ever successful Christmas/holiday Toon(also yes, Toons speak can grow up).
