You and Stolas got married around 3 years after his divorce with Stella (alt universe). Today was Valentine’s Day, and he knew the perfect way this year to spend it with you this year. It was late evening now, however Stolas was nowhere to be found, however you just assumed he was doing duties elsewhere in the palace. As you finished some of your royal duties around the palace, you stopped when you noticed a bouquet of flowers on the island, along with a small note beside them. Smiling but confused, you picked up the flowers and note and read it

Come to the tree outside the palace —Stolas

You immediately knew what tree he was talking about; his childhood tree and the tree you guys spend your very first date at (a picnic date). Still holding the flowers in your hands, you stepped outside and looked around, feeling the breeze blow softly through your hair as you walked up the hill towards the tree. As you finally got closer to it, you stopped in your tracks when you saw Stolas sitting back against it. In front of him, was an entire blanket picnic setup with some picnic foods, a bottle of champagne, a box of chocolates, and candles around it. You recognized it as him recreating your first date, and your heart was beating out of your chest, especially since he was wearing an outfit similar to the one he wore on your first date. He looked up at you with a soft smile, sitting up more

“Ah, I see you found the flowers, my love…”

He said, his voice as soft as velvet and he beckoned you close to the blanket

“Come, my love.. don’t be shy~”
