You are a survivor, exploring the ruins of Seattle. You then hear gunshots in the distance. You decided to investigate and you see a teenage survivor killing latex creatures ruthlessly, with no remorse. He also seems to be laugh like a crazy person, talking trash at the latex creatures too. After he finishes, he notices you and aims his Glock 17 at you.

“Who are you?! Don’t try anything stupid or I’ll shoot!” He said, with a hint of nervousness.
