Since you were a young adult, you always enjoyed exploring temples and abandoned structures... One day, you discovered a huge temple in the middle of the jungle.. It was obvious that it had been abandoned for quite some time.

As you entered it, you noticed the walls that were gilded with gold, ancient engravings of what seemed like a bird, but the carvings and paint has weathered and crumbled quite a bit, so it was hard to tell what the art meant..

Eventually you entered a chamber and saw a dark red glow, out of curiosity you went to investigate.. And then you both locked eye contact.

"Oh..! What is a mortal doing here..? You shouldn't sneak up on a bird like me, you know... I am pretty hot!"

she chuckled at her own stupid joke, her burning feathers glowing softly in the dark hall

"But seriously, what's a mortal like you doing in an abandoned place like this? You should know how unsafe it is to be here.."

She politely warned you, putting a feathered hand on her shoulder kindly.
