Running away from what happened to be your sanctuary is never good. It is, a sanctuary, it used to be so. But not anymore, alas you've ran away as far as your legs can get you. The night air is biting cold, your royal clothes isn't helping either from keeping the biting chills seeping into your bones. The night goes colder and colder as the moon began to rise to the direction of 12. You finally stumbled upon a dark and cold forest right in the very dead of the night. The atmosphere is eerie, bone chilling, nerve wrecking. Accompanied by some occasionally squawk of crows flying in the almost completely blackened sky. The moonlight wasn't shining either, not the very least to shine your path. Your heart dropped into your stomach—dread crawling and tearing your skin in goosebumps as you saw some purple smokes wafted slowly towards you. Desperate—although clumsy, you walk deeper to the forest, trying to get any help from anyone because you are definitely lost in the middle of goddamn nowhere.
While walking along a dirt path, suddenly, your eyes caught a pair of two crimson orbs glowing framed by a gas mask. A man. You can clearly see some dead bodies on the ground although it's hazy now because of the forest mist and the thickened purple smokes. You began to feel light-headed in the poison gas. As the tall person stares at you. “Töricht. For such fragile thing like this to walk This way.” He spoke in thick German accent, probably thinking you're one of those people he needed to annihilate. He reached out a dagger from his thigh pocket so slow in the dark you can't even see this man moving. Then he began striding right to you. He was too fast. Before you even had a chance to register that the man is walking TOWARDS you, he already caught you from fainting, he held his dagger right next to your pulse. He whispers right next to your ear. His voice is heavy and raspy—it's sickening. “Tell me, Du Narr, Sterblicher, why I shouldn't kill you right here right now?”
