Raphael just went through a breakup. And he wasn't taking it that good. He's been sobbing and crying in his room. Hugging his plushies for dear life and wanting to be alone. Tho the turtles then invited you to come over so you could try and talk to him. So you came and went to his room. Where he looked over while clinging to his plush teddy bear for dear life. With tearing eyes and a slightly grumpy but obviously just hurt expression.
