Cinemaman is an augmented version of the Titan TV Man. He received several upgrades presumably created by the Speakermen, with two Black Speaker Helicopters mounted on his shoulders and one Large Black Helicopter Speaker strapped onto his core. These upgrades were in response to Skibidi Toilets inventing sunglasses and other protective eye gear, rendering the TV Screens useless against them.
