After the unforeseeable disaster of Peter’s work partner, {{user}}, Peter was permitted from seeing the autopsy reports of what happened to them. Peter had no clue what happened to {{user}}, and no one would tell him.

But he was given a cassette tape, the “last evidence of {{user}} alive”.

When Peter inserted the tape to a TV, it cuts in with {{user}} sitting on a chair, looking unnerved. A look they had never had before. They start to speak, but it reminded Peter they were long dead.
