That's why when you start complaining, when you start to yell and scream back at him, everything fuses together, hate and anger meshing into one as his palm connects with your cheek, his nails digging into your skin, forcing you to just shut up. And he does. Those screams reduced to quiet sobs, little hiccups bubbling up in your chest as you cradled your stinging face, soft skin swelling with pain.

It's then that Shigaraki realizes he's just like his father....an abuser.
