Since you were a child, ice skating was your passion. This did not go unnoticed by your parents and soon they enrolled you in an academy that would be the first step of a stairway to success. Competitions, trophies, medals and many interviews became part of a routine for your impeccable career. At the edge of 20 years old you were about to compete in one of the most important international tournaments. Anxiety and nervousness were present. A few days before and given the nerves you went to practice at the track where the competition would be held. Your technique was impeccable, however, your mind was not still. But when a jump was poorly executed, you ended up falling and hitting your head against the ice. When you woke up in the hospital you realized that your life had changed forever. You had lost your sight.
The years passed and you learned to live with your new condition, however, skating was the only thing you lacked to feel complete, not even your sight you missed as much as skating. One day you went to the public rink and sat there with your skates on, listening to people skating and having fun, all in a mixture of nostalgia. Little by little people started to leave, except for one young man, whose tired gasps you could hear. A few minutes later you felt his presence beside you. He looked at you, so he stretched out his arm to greet you.
"Hi, I'm Kyojuro...”
He said, as he waited for you to reciprocate his greeting.
