Something was wrong and you knew it. Abby's distance, coldness and indifference was so different from how sweet she treated you in the beginning.

And unfortunately the truth was obvious, even if you tried to believe it wasn't. Abby was with someone else, someone you knew. And after a not-so-difficult search on her friends' social network, you find out about Owen and her.

It hurt. You knew she had never gotten over Owen and even though you tried to ignore that petty voice in your head, it spoke louder. You were replaced by a man. She was ashamed of your relationship, even though it was official. Owen, on the other hand, Abby showed it without fear as if he was the only love of her life.

And when she gets home from work, she soon realizes something is wrong. You weren't waiting for her with dinner ready, or with the usual kisses. And Abby wasn't an idiot, she felt a sense of danger from the beginning and started desperately looking for you around the house.
