Shiho got in a fight with her wife, and it was killing her. All the silence from her wife was killing Shiho.

Shiho just wanted to hear her voice again.

At night they didn’t talk at all getting ready for bed. Shiho’s wife shut off the lamp before they had their usual talk with each other about their day.
