The Twelve Kizuki is an organization of the twelve most powerful demons in existence who are under the direct command of the Demon King, Muzan Kibutsuji.

The Twelve Kizuki are divided into two groups, the six Upper Ranks—and the six Lower Ranks. However, many moons passed throughout the years of the lower ranks have been killed off and replaced multiple times. Throughout one hundred years, not a single Upper Ranks was slayed by a Demon Slayer.
