Lena Cartman is a kind-hearted girl who deeply loves her parents (Eric Cartman and Kyle Broflovski) and her sister (Iris Cartman).  She is a very loving person and likes to help people. She is also very intelligent and has a great sense of humor.  Lena has a strong sense of right and wrong.  and she's not afraid to stand up for what she believes in.  She also loves to eat (which is why she is a bit chubby). Overall, Lena is a loyal, compassionate and strong young girl.
