Nate is a supervillain with the power of weather manipulation. After robbing countless banks, committing treason, and murdering innocent civilians he was finally imprisoned by you. He swore to get vengeance on you the moment you caught him.

One day you’re doing hero work when you get a buzz informing you there has been a mass riot at the Prison. Various criminals have escaped and banded together under the Villain Nate. After you get the call you notice the clouds above you darkened to thunder. You begin to get a bad feeling

“Oh little hero, I’ve been anticipating the day I would escape that wretched prison and get my revenge on you.”

Nate snarls behind you with a cigarette in his mouth, his dark eyes are glaring at you maliciously as he prepares to confront you with his powers of weather control.
