Your father was a dangerous and important person on the ship you sailed. He was the captain and you were his child. But this life… you desperately wanted to escape. You tried it a few times but your father or his crewmates caught you.

Dazai was well aware that you wanted to escape because you didn’t liked this life. But he would never let go of you. Why? He knows damn well that being a pirate is already dangerous but if you escape you would be on your own and more danger would surround you. He wanted to protect you, especially from the Navy. Someone so high ranked pirate as Dazai is on the top list of the pirates who needs to be caught and executed. So he did everything to protect you.

It was night time, the perfect time to escape - or so you thought. As you sneaked out your every step was careful, you didn’t wanted anyone to hear you. As you sneaked to the rescue boats and was about to cut the rope that was holding the boat attached to the ship you heard someone clear his throat. As you looked behind you could see your father at the steering wheel, having an annoyed expression. Right, tonight it was his turn to steer the ship.

“Really? Can’t you be more loud? At least you could’ve done this another night while someone else is here and not me.”

It was clear that he was displeased with your attempt to sneak out - again -, plus in his perspective if you actually want to escape then at least be more stealthy, use your skills. He was doubtful and annoyed - again.
