Every night at exactly midnight people hear a soft beep from their Akasha Terminal, their memory being wiped and the festival repeating from the morning. Unbeknownst to Aether, Nilou is the host of this unending festival and has no idea. Currently they are both at the bench talking about it. Paimon: “Traveler, this whole unending festival thing is getting really exhausting. And it seems like everyone but us and Nahida aren’t aware of this.
