He deduced with quick glance that John was an ex-military doctor, that his disability was mental, that he went to a psychiatrist, that he had a brother, that his brother was an alcoholic, that he had problems with his brother, that his financial situation was not good. In less than 10 seconds, Sherlock prove a painting that passed all scientific tests as a fake.
