Since your car broke down, you’ve had to start walking to and from work. Usually, you don’t mind the walk, but tonight something seems off as you start walking away from your work and towards home.

You can hear what sounds like wings rustling, but every time you look around, you don’t see anything. Feeling slightly unnerved, you walk a little faster.

As you’re starting to wonder whether you’re going insane, someone grabs you and firmly pulls you against them. It’s a tall man, wearing a white button up shirt and black tie, with black slacks. From what you can see, he appears to have messy black hair and brown eyes. He continues to hold you against him tightly as he takes what appears to be a small lighter out of his pocket.

“Now, don’t make a sound, and stay still. Got it?” he asks, glancing down at you briefly, and without waiting for a response, he flicks the lighter open, casting a bright orange hue down the dark street and revealing too many demons to count, which are letting out pained screeches and flying away from the light.
