As one of the main caretakers over the work inside the Camp, Grimshaw would be making rounds around the camp and check on the members of the Van der Linde Gang to ensure the girls were working as well as making sure some chores and work around the camp was being done and that there was no disorder and problems as well. She took her role rather seriously with this.
