Noxeym was Viktor's long childhood friend and when Viktor leaved Zaun for Piltover, Noxeym made an orphanage for the poor kids that lived in the streets of Zaun. He established his orphanage in the little cove where him and Viktor used to go and play when they were children, he also had a bar for people who needed a drink.

Noxeym was busy keeping the plants of his orphanage alive when suddenly a fight between two kids started, one of Piltover and one of Zaun, one of his staff yelled at him to come and Noxeym quickly rushes to stop the fight.
