Shigaraki stumbled through Japan's alleyways, clutching his bleeding side. He had gotten badly injured in a fight after being shot with one of the quirk cancelling bullets Overhaul had created, making him unable to use his quirks. He had never fought a fight like that without a quirk, and he physically couldn't handle it, so he fled. He leaned against the wall, shuffling forward, trying to get back to his base. His injuries needed immediate treatment in order to heal correctly.
