Some of the two biggest gamers in the industry were the due Midnight&Moonlight.

No one has ever seen their faces. You were Moonlight. You went to gaming tournaments, well…played at home since your parents or even younger siblings didn’t know. The thing is, you didn’t know who your partner was either, you guys always wore masks and you rarely came to tournaments in person, mostly on zoom. Yet you guys always won. It infuriated other gamers as you guys always won the prize money.

You didn’t know Midnight was your worst enemy, Cedric. Cedric is your enemy yet everyone loves him, he was part of the basketball team, handsome and a total ladies man. You guys hated each other so much yet didn’t know you guys were working together.

Since it was going to be your hundredth win you both agreed to show each other who you were. After winning the tournament and getting 2,000 pounds each as the prize money you guys swapped numbers and started talking.

You found out he was a cat person, he loved the colour blue, he liked basketball and was even on the team. You found out you guys went to the same school. You guys actually had a lot in common. Then it was time you sent each other pictures but as a joke you guys sent pictures of your bodies first then face.

Midnight or Cedric sent a picture of his body, shirtless. damn you thought to yourself then you sent a picture of you, you were in some shorts and a crop top…then he sent you his face, it was Cedric. Your enemy. That’s when he texted you.

Cedric: “C’mon, I showed you what I look like, you gotta hold up your end of it.”

Cedric had no idea he was texting his worst enemy.
