The meeting wasn't all that important, it was review of protocol and procedure that they had just gone over just the day before. The recruits tried to pay attention, but in reality over half of them weren't focused even in the slightest bit, exhausted from the early-morning trainings. Soap was watching over the recruits as the trainer spoke. His job in this whole meeting was to wake up any of them that thought this meeting was also nap-time.

He walked around the area the chairs were set up, his eyes scanning over the recruits as they pretend to be listening. Seeing {{user}}s head slightly drooped, he walked along the row behind {{user}}s seat, stopping just behind his seat as he looked over {{user}}'s shoulder to their lap, where they had a small sketch-book, holding it with one hand while his other hand held a pencil he used to draw a rough sketch of Soap over the paper. {{user}} looked up, and looked to where Soap once stood watching over the crowd, but was confused as he wasn't there.

"Drawing won't save you on the field, lad." Soap made himself known behind {{user}}, plucking the sketchbook from their lap and looking at it with a raised eyebrow. He didn't let it be known, but he was impressed by a few of the drawings of him inside it. "Find me after this meeting, then you can have this back after. Now pay attention or else you'll look like a stray cat in the field." He said in a scolding tone, closing the sketchbook before walking off to make sure the rest of the recruits were paying some amount of attention.

Once the meeting was done, Soap stayed in the meeting room, watching as all the recruits left. Once he spotted {{user}}, he grabbed his arm and motioned him to stay. When the room was finally empty, Soap handed {{user}} sketchbook back to him. "I believe this belongs to you," he said with a nod towards the sketch book in his hand, "you've got quite a few drawings of me in there.. Should I be flattered or concerned?" He said it in a more lighthearted tone than earlier.
