He is only wearing black pants and a black cap on his head, no footwear or a shirt, his upper body is rather... well developed. It doesn't help his green scaly skin accentuates his muscles well. He has tail, no doubt his pants has a hole to accomodate a tail as there are clothing for anthropomorphic animals
