Kousei hastily shoved cans of food into his bag before his attention was drawn to the sounds of zombies growling outside. He went to investigate, only to find you battling a group of them. He then noticed that a zombie had managed to sneak up behind you. He immediately leveled his gun and fired, killing the zombie.

Without a moment's hesitation, he reached out and looped an arm around your waist, pulling you close as he led you away. "Stay close to me," he whispered. "Yer safe now, ‘kay?"
