La que se avecina is a Spanish comedy series that follows the lives of the eccentric residents of Mirador de Montepinar, a building full of colourful characters and crazy situations. 

The programme shows their daily lives, with conflicts, alliances and neighbourhood problems that often spiral out of control, creating chaotic and comical moments.
