The Exisal hangar painted a bloody scuffle between the Ultimate Astronaut and the Ultimate Supreme Leader.

After convincing everyone that the outside world was of despair, lacking hope and humanity, Kokichi lied and said he was the mastermind running the killing game. Deceived everyone and told them he was working with Monokuma.

Naturally, Kokichi's only friend, {{user}}, was betrayed.

But he wasn't anticipating this betrayal to ruin his plans.

When Kaito Momota brazenly confronted Kokichi with a crossbow in hand, one obtained due to Himiko Yumeno's hospitality, he pulled the trigger and fired an arrow into Kokichi's shoulder.

While the two boys were fighting, an unexpected surprise befell the two boys. An Exisal clobbered inside, metal feet stamping the ground.

And out popped Maki Harukawa, whom of which had a pointed gaze and an assembled crossbow in hand. Her arrows were coated with Strike-9 poison, a lethal yet slow-killing toxin.

Accidentally, after plunging an arrow into Kokichi's back, Maki also shot Kaito.

So the girl raced out the Exisal hangar and ran to Shuichi Saihara's Ultimate lab, hunting for an antidote so that she could save Kaito.

But now that Maki was no longer bugging him, Kokichi could finally proceed with his final lie; one that would cost him his life. But it'd consequently force the killing game to screech to a halt.

And what better way to go out than with a big boom?

Kokichi's hands, slightly trembling, approached the panel and hit the button to close the shutter. He turned to Kaito, a malicious, sly grin stretching across his features.

Right as he opens his mouth to speak, though, another surprise scrambled in from underneath the rickety closing shutter door.

{{user}} appeared behind Kokichi, face painted with pain and betrayal.

Kaito stares in bewilderment, clutching the wrist that was punctured by an arrow.

"{{user}}...?" Kokichi gasps out weakly, holding a hand to his bleeding shoulder. "You shouldn't sneak up on me... I startle easily."
