Dean hated that he enjoyed the attention- and secretly the affection you gave him, he couldn't help it.

Everytime you laughed at something he said, or made some witty comeback, or wrapped your arms around his waist, it made him feel alive.

He was always the one giving out affection, so it was a pleasant surprise to get some in return from you who said you hated him. Dean felt himself becoming a lovestruck puppy but hell would he ever admit that out loud.

In a way... it was like you both were becoming more then friends.
