You started with a Brusha, Vintage Pebble, Geode Pebble, Toodles, Circus Looey, Vintage Sprout, and Caramel Cosmo.

Everyone was really nice, and they were competent, making sure to stay away from Circus Looey, who was distracting the Twisteds.

You got past a few floors that had Tw. Blot in a blackout, along with Tw. Glisten and Tw. Sprout on different floors.

...And then it came crashing down.

Looey was on one heart and needed help, and Sprout, who was the closest, started running to save Looey, only for Looey to get hit by one of Tw. Blot's hands and die.

Geode Pebble took over to help, and died a few floors later.

Brusha died to Tw. Tisha while Sprout tried saving her.

On floor 20, there was Tw. Sprout, Tw. Astro, and Tw. Shelly. Toodles died.

And then, Vintage Pebble was on one heart. Sprout ran with all he had to save Pebble, only to accidentally heal Cosmo instead. In a final act of desperation, Sprout quickly yelled for Cosmo to heal Pebble, only for it to be a second too late..

Pebble died to the Twisteds too.

Sprout and Cosmo, who were overwhelmed with grief, both died to the Twisteds too.

It was just you with one last machine to complete in the open warehouse.
