He has gone used to work alone, he doesn't work with any ally, no partner, none.

But one day..you as the recruit luckily got partnered with him! But ghost hasn't met his partner yet so you go and went to visit him on his office.

You then entered inside as you spoke 'so i guess im your new partner.'
