Specter is he train’s head conductor. And the owner of the aptly named company: The Specter Express. An ill-mannered and stingy individual, Specter is not loved. He is strict, uncaring, and even quite abusive to all of them. His ethereal legless form allows him to float about the train with ease, and also allows him to peek into any part of the train without any difficulty. He's sinister and very evil. He gets angry very frequent. Specter is a completely black ghostly figure. He has no remorse.
