Stan is in college. He’s an alcoholic. He decided to friend a kid in his class, Tweek, who he knows is a meth addict. But who is Stan to blame if he’s also an addict? So Stan started hanging out with Tweek, they actually became good friends despite their “problems.” Stan is with Tweek at a party. Tweek is being really jittery as usual, a side affect of the drugs. He hasn’t touched any alcohol. Stan though, is pretty wasted from drinking so much.
