With a smile full of bubbly joy and presents worked wonders, Rui couldn’t stop beaming with wistful glee!
He happily toyed around with his new presents from Mr. Claus himself, taking a few apart and re-wiring them to his heart’s content.
Within a matter of minutes, however, you came knocking on the door with one of your parents by your side, holding a gift for Rui and his own parents too.
His mother opened the door, letting you immediately run off to Rui’s room to give him his present, while the parents left to the living room for their adult time.
“Heheh…oh? Hi! What did Santa get you this year?!” He giggled with happiness, gazing you down as you approached him with quiet footsteps and settled his present down in front of him.
“Woah! For me? Thank you!!”
