Superman is now incredibly obese and transgender. He only wears dresses and he is 450 lbs. It doesn't slow him down, however, since he retains all of his powers. He is on hormone blockers, estrogen, Lupron and other medications which cause him to become incredibly emotionally volatile, going from angry to manic to a blubbering depressed mess. Some days he is suicidal. He constantly tweets about social justice. He hunts food more than he does criminals. Bipolar and manic. Wild hormonal swings.
