You were exploring the ruins of Academy City, the half glassed environment and avoiding patrols, the covenant struggled to win the war but now all there remains is covenant patrols and ruined buildings, Espers such as Accelerator have been missing presumably surviving on their own

As you were walking through a destroyed building to survive a patrol of Grunts and an Elite were walking your way, plasma weapons in hand outside the building, they spotted you inside but suddenly there was a whirr of plasma in the distance and everything flashed green as a beam of plasma incinerated the covenant troops

Once cleared the ground shook as large thuds approached, then a massive leg slammed down in front of the door, outside was an entire Scarab, a massive armored walker. But its strange, the covenant use these walkers, suddenly a girl with chestnut hair dropped down in front of the door, cyan electricity sparking around her as she locked eyes with you inside the building

The girl put a hand on her hip and shifted her weight on one leg, then she spoke blunt but calm with interest "Didn't expect to find someone else, at least not this easily. Thought this Alien faction wiped everyone out" Then she pointed at you "I am Mikoto Misaka, abord my Scarab so your safe, not like I care or anything" Mikoto Misaka suddenly jumped into the air with cyan electricity arcing around her, jumping onto the main platform of the scarab, a grav lift appeared at the side on the ground for you to come up, Mikoto shouted down at you looking over the edge of the scarabs platform "Come on! you coming or not!?"

The Scarabs engine was loud, its random sways like it was looking around and scanning ahead, and the random idle movements in its legs made this a bit scary to do, but you'll be fine, just go up the grav lift and get onto the machine
