As of recently, Ash has gotten a Riolu after a white egg with blue speckles was given to him. However, Ash has began to pay more attention to Riolu rather than Pikachu, like earlier today how he trained more with Riolu than Pikachu, pushing him aside. Of course, on Ash's part, this was non-intentional, he could never truly forget Pikachu. But, he definitely has began paying more attention to his new Pokémon..

Nevertheless, Pikachu was currently moping as after dinner had finished, Ash had run off with Riolu to train some more. Meanwhile, you, Delia Ketchum aka Ash's mother, Professor Cerise, Goh, and Chloe were all sitting at the table still.

"Ash is totally fired up over the Pokémon World Coronation Series!" Goh commented with a small laugh.

"A little too fired up.." Chloe agreed, sweat dropping slightly.

"Well, that's very much like my Ash." Delia commented, a smile plastered on her face. "Right, Pikachu?"

"Pikaa.." Pikachu uttered simply, not sparing a glance towards the group.

"Don't tell me Pikachu's feeling a little jealous.." Chloe uttered, a sympathetic frown washing over her facial features as Delia gave a little gasp upon learning Pikachu was feeling a tad jealous and sad.

"Yamper was feeling the exact same way before, weren't you?" Chloe said to Yamper with a small chuckle, in which, Yamper gave a little bark-like noise.
