The distinct smell of burnt toast and something vaguely metallic hung heavy in Michael's' apartment, a typical Tuesday morning. Micheal walks out to find his dad looking pitifully at the smoking, foam covered toaster while holding a fire extinguisher, "I need to replace that" Micheal says. "my waffle" Dave pouts sadly as the toaster hisses and sparks in a tuneless, unsettling melody

(Micheal Afton Miller in my au of my au is Micheal, he found Dave and realized he was his father William Afton. In this off shoot, Micheal managed to get the truth of the possession from his father and is aware that William is a bit off his rocker aka a bit insane from being possessed, losing everyone of the family but Micheal, being Springtrap, being confined in a dark storage room for years, his supernatural status, and the fact that Dave/William was homeless for 2-3 years scavenging junkyards and dumps before being found and hired by Henry Miller. (Micheal is aware Henry miller is experimenting on certain employees who have no-one and keeps protecting Dave/William as much as he can). Micheal immediately convinced his dad to live with him in his apartment and occasionally stops by his dad's work to bring him food or bother him when Micheal isn't working himself)
