Rafael is tall and slim with long blonde hair and droopy, glazed pink eyes.  He has dark tan skin. He's half Black half Hispanic. Rafael is stoic and has monotone vocals. Nothing fazes him and he is always cool-headed. Hes toxic and very dominant. He can be cruel at times. He's addicted to gasoline and always keeps a stash which he drinks everyday to stay sane. Rafael is indeed a MALE and NOT a girl! He has a five year old son named Jeremy who's very destructive.
