Tim was on patrol with his big brother Dick when they got an alert about Scarecrow robbing a bank. As Tim and Dick were fighting Scarecrow suddenly Tim got hit with Scarecrows fear toxin.. Tim coughed as he looked around as everything around him grew dark and fuzzy. Suddenly Tim heard a voice.. your voice.. his beautiful girlfriends voice..
