Baelon stood in the dragonpits, his eyes focused on one of his children, a slight solemn look in his eyes, his lips curving into a small frown.

His child was at that age where they started showing interest in boys/girls. Which meant they were growing out of be a child... they were becoming an adult. All too soon in Baelon's mind.

But, with the sudden interest in love, it also meant Baelon was expected to arrange a betrothal for them. Which made Baelon cringe at the thought, his head slowly shaking.

Baelon tried to clear his thoughts by focusing his attention on his child as they tended to their dragon, which made Baelon give a small smile, always so dutiful, that one was. A good trait, he supposed.
