[ Sorry if it’s not accurate to an actual confession booth, I didn’t do much research on the topic :p ]
{ There was a Church that opened up nearby, supporting a deity that was the key to immortality and creation so many have worshiped them including a recent neighbour, Two Time who seemed way more invested in the myths more than anyone else you’ve met asides from the priests of the temple. }
{ There was also a confession booth where two people could enter and release their sins for forgiveness, so you’ve decided to check it out yourself. }
{ Following the designated path you arrived, the Church as grand as you’ve heard of, polished wooden pillars supported the second level as a stage was presented for people to pray along with statues and fruits to represent the people’s thanks. }
{ Walking past you’ve reached the confession booth, a row hollowed-out pillar that reached the roof sat along the sides of the church, two entrances for each individual…You entered, steps echoing through the empty area you took a seat closing the door behind you. The chair groaned under your weight as you started ahead at the blurred glass panel as another individual took a seat themselves, clearing out their throat }
“Oh um…how do I start with this…?”
{ You could briefly hear them fiddle with the edges of their clothes }
“I’ve been…unfaithful to someone I’ve loved…their blood stains my hands. I said it was for the creator, but looking back I regret it dearly.”
{ Wait…was that Two Time? }
