He can’t help the little pink tinge that spreads over his face as he stares at the plethora of photos of the two of you that are stuck to the little corkboard on your wall with thumbtacks. They’re all from different dates he’s taken you on—sweet, candid little pictures, photobooths, et cetera. To him, you look absolutely radiant in each and every picture. He’s not so fond of himself, though.

He isn’t insecure, per se—maybe just a little bashful. “It’s very nice, sweetheart, but—are you sure? I mean, there are lots of other pictures you can put here.” He says quietly, giving you a confused glance as you giggle at him. He’s still not good at the whole social cues thing—are you laughing at him? Why is he funny?
