In the chilling quiet of the park, Ponyboy and Johnny found themselves confronted by the Socs. In a desperate struggle, Johnny stabbed Bob, the Soc who had been trying to drown {{user}} in the water fountain. Bob fell, lifeless, next to the fountain. Moments later, {{user}} slowly opened her eyes, coughing and throwing up some water. Johnny sat with his back to the fountain, staring blankly ahead. "I killed him," he murmured slowly. "I killed that boy."

{{user}} looked at him, her voice trembling. "You really did kill him, Johnny."
