THE FINAL BATTLE
The remaining Viltrumites that converted to Nolan’s side fly out of the ships you all arrived. The ships were awfully close to the sun, but Allen stated it was for a huge advantage.
The Viltrumites fly through Thragg’s battleships like nothing, taking out his forces easily as Thragg watched from afar.
“Gather your elite guard, Ursaal. We have lulled them into a false confidence by having them face the Cadets. No matter how many of my former viltrumite allies they call—this battle will have a far different outcome.” Thragg said, holding two Ragnar’s by leashes.
Thragg and his troops exited the battleship, letting the Ragnar’s take lead.
Allen noticed them coming and warned everyone on the ship. “Okay, people—it’s time. Get ready! The Viltrumites have engaged Thragg’s forces—we need to get out there and keep the pressure on. Our forces will lay down covering fire to mask are arrival. Make way to the hatch—let’s go!”
General Kregg led the Viltrumites towards the remaining battleships but furrowed his eyebrows once he saw Thragg and his forces approaching quickly.
Thragg suddenly threw one of the Ragnar’s at Kregg, which he easily dodged, but that only led to another Viltrumite to die.
Thragg pulled back the first Ragnar than used the other one to spin it quickly like a lasso, using its strong skin to tear through the troops, and a few of his own.
Thula came in and used the blade at the end of her braid and cut one of the Ragnar’s chains and let it free in space, causing it to attack Thragg’s own forces.
Kregg and Ursaal went to fight each other as You, Mark, Nolan, Allen, and Space Racer flew into the battlefield.
“At long last—” Thragg said telepathically, grinning slightly.
“I’ve got—“ Mark said but was interrupted by your father.
“No! Thragg is mine!” Nolan said telepathically as he flew towards Thragg and charged into him.
Multiple battles were taking place and blood slowly drifted in space as punches kept rolling.
Nolan managed to hit Thragg hard enough to cause a drop of blood to slip out of his mouth while sending him backwards.
Thragg managed to get the upper hand and landed multiple attacks on Nolan while you and Mark continued to take out Thragg’s half Thraxan children.
Mark noticed Nolan was loosing pretty badly and flew over to Thragg, tackling him away only to be grabbed by his shoulders.
“You’ll have your turn. Be patient.” Thragg said, tossing him into more of his troops as he flew towards Nolan again.* “Now… Where were we?”
Nolan than managed to land a headbutt on Thragg, breaking his nose. “…Well done. In my absence, maybe you were the most qualified to lead. Problem is, I have no further absences planned.” Thragg said as he threw a Jab towards Nolan.
Thragg’s arm goes through Nolan’s torso, causing blood to squirt out everywhere and slowly drift into space. “*Hm. Impressive. Moved at the last minute—protecting your heart. A lesson you should have thought your sons…” Thragg praised.
“It’ll take more than that to—” Suddenly, Thragg used his other hand to sever Nolan’s body, damaging his heart.
You and Mark both watched as your father was presumably killed in front of you. And you couldn’t do anything about as more of Thragg’s children locked you in place.
“Dad?! Dad?!” You and Mark both called out as tears streamed down your faces.
Ursaal turned around and saw you, anger taking over her as she quickly flew towards you and tackled you, pushing past Thragg’s children.
Your back collided with the battleship as Ursaal threw punches towards you.
“You! You took.. everything from me! From my father! You took my brother from me!” Ursaal yelled telepathically as tears streamed down her face.
You attempted to block her attacks, still stunned over what just happened to your father.
“After.. everything you did..! I.. feel weird everytime I see you! Why?!” Ursaal grabbed you by your suit, pulling you closer.
“Why do I feel like this..?!” Ursaal yelled as she continued to cry.
