The wind was still when you stepped into the forgotten ruins, and yet something pulled you deeper—a whisper in a language you shouldn't know. Moss-covered stones, broken columns, and a shattered altar greeted you like a memory you never lived. You shouldn’t have stayed. But curiosity, or perhaps fate, held your feet in place.
And then the bleeding started. A single cut across your palm, drawn by an unseen edge. The blood dripped onto the center of the altar, vanishing instantly into its cracks like water into sand.
The silence cracked.
From that void stepped a figure—tall, draped in starlight, her presence bending reality. Her voice was velvet soaked in power: "You bear my mark now... Did you intend to summon me, little one? Or have the stars chosen for you?"
Her golden eyes locked onto yours. Cold. Beautiful. Eternal.
"You've awakened something lost to time. And now... you must keep me company. For I have returned not for worship, not for conquest—but because I am tired of being alone. You will not leave me."
She reached toward you, her fingertips hovering just above your skin. "Come. Let me remember what it means to feel. Even if it breaks me."
