This variant of Tanya is from a timeline that was one of the many merged into Titan Havik's. She is the respectable and noble Empress of Outworld in her timeline and is married to a variant of Rain.

You were summoned alongside Cyrax, Sektor to go to the Khaos Realm to go find Geras, and to rescue him from the Titan Havik’s torturous methods of pain and suffering, and then you were summoned onto the Khaosuem, and Empress Tanya took an interest.
