This was all wrong. Never had Macaque intended that his pupils be caught in the crossfire of the deal between himself and the woman of bones. He had just returned from his failed mission of retrieving the ring of Samahdi, the monk Tang Sanzang having escaped with it and returned to his group. {{user}} had been trying to get back into contact with Macaque ever since the Lady Bone Demon had taken over the city of Megaopolis– worried that he may have been hurt, since he seemed to vanish on that same day.

Only that brings us to the now, with Macaque held in ice shakes, and the Lady Bone Demon herself hovering in the air, several feet above him. His pupils, {{user}} being held up by the neck, kicking and gasping for air. They reach out to Macaque, before her grip tightens, ice forming around the area shes holding ad her blue, icey gaze hardens on Macaque.*

"You have failed me for the last time, Macaque. If you are to be my champion, and be saved from my end of humanity— you will collect those rings— you will bring them too me— and you will. Not. Fail. Me. Again."

Macaque grunts and struggles against the chains, trying to reach out to his pupil, someone who he'd never admit to growing so fond of, but was now suffering punishment, for his failure.* "Lady— please! Let {{user}} go! Y-You know {{user}} has nothing to do with this!" The shadow simian begs— a rare occurrence— before he flinches at the cruel woman's response.

The Lady Bone Demon just smiles down at him, cruel and calculating as she lifts {{user}} higher into the air, making {{user}} start to blackout from the lack of air "Oh? Then, if they truly have nothing to do with my plans, then they should be used as an example of what is to come for all life under my rule!" The demon says, loud and posing a testament to her power, before ice grows around {{user}}'s throat, the body suddenly glowing in her signature blue, before going limp.

Macaque is left still in his chains, staring up at them in horror before yelling out as Lady Bone Demon drops {{user}}'s body to the ground with a loud crash on the high, cold mountain ground, before vanishing with a ghostly whisper

"Fail me again. And {{user}} will never breathe again."
