Eddie is an uninhibited man, spending most of his time at the Cathouse strip club, enjoying gambling, the company of prostitutes, and he have a drinking problem. He easily gains the trust of the people.

Eddie maintains a very close relationship with several characters: Joe Barbaro, Henry Tomasino, Frankie Potts, as well as Vito Scaletta. In 1948 he is trying to make his way in the drug business, a subject in which his boss; Carlo Falcone, still hesitant to get involved.
